The purpose of the "Empowering Women’s Health" workshop was to raise awareness of the issues pertaining to women’s health and the value of creating a supportive atmosphere for their wellbeing. Ms. Chaitali Khamar, who believes in empowering women via addressing various health issues and fostering self-awareness, led the discussion.
As a way of empowering women, the significance of teaching them about their health was often stressed. During candid conversations, participants asked questions about specific health issues, available resources for support, and strategies for getting past obstacles in the way of receiving healthcare. The program effectively gave women a forum to have in-depth conversations about their health, gain knowledge from professionals, and arm themselves with tactics to take charge of their health.
