Institute Innovation Council -SVGU
It is a hub for encouraging creativity, entrepreneurship, and cutting-edge research. At IIC-SVGU, we
aim to empower students, researchers, and innovators by providing them with a dynamic
environment to translate their ideas into impactful solutions. In addition to contributing to India's
startup ecosystem, the council seeks to establish a robust innovation-driven culture within the
university system and provide students with a much-needed innovation, preincubation, and
incubation environment.
Our mission is to support and foster the attitude of innovation and entrepreneurship within the
academic community. We offer a wide range of resources, mentoring, and funding opportunities to
help our members bring their groundbreaking ideas to life, while also fostering collaboration

The existing pool of faculty members, researchers, research ecosystem, and common facilities
provide pathways for fresh ideas to be nurtured within the university system, and these young
innovators receive entrepreneurial support to become a full-fledged start-up.
Pre-incubation and incubation are the two support tiers that IIC-SVGU envisions. SVGU intends to
establish a co-working space that will include mentoring, support on funding, assistance with
trademark and patent licensing, networking, and a training program.
