Institute of Journalism & Communication (IJC) celebrated its first Media Fest ‘MedWhizz’ at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) campus with over 120 participants from schools, colleges and universities of Ahmedabad on January 6, 2026.

Amid the presence of SVGU Provost Dr. (Prof.) Subhash Brahmbhatt, the marquee event was outlined by the electric presence of students bubbling with great enthusiasm and vibrancy through their participation in Media Quiz, Treasure Hunt, Spot Photography and Open Mic.
All the winners and participants walked out smiling and confidently holding their trophies and certificates making their academic institutions proud of their achievements in the maiden IJC Media Fest.
