Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Management & Research (CPIMR), a constituent institute of Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University, successfully organized expert sessions on “Impact of the National Budget on the Stock Market and Investment” and “Importance of Financial Literacy in Youth” on February 14, 2026

The event aimed to promote Industry–Academia convergence and equip management students with future-ready financial knowledge aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The highlight of the event was the expert session delivered by CA Abhinav Malaviya, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Independent Director (ICAI), who provided valuable insights into the implications of the national budget on the stock market, investment strategies, and economic outlook. His session enabled students to understand the practical impact of budgetary policies on financial markets and investor behavior.

The second session, conducted under the SEBI SMART initiative of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), emphasized the importance of financial literacy among youth.
