The three-day conference featured a rich blend of insights through:
- Pre-Conference Workshops (April 24th): Sessions included "The Art of Case Teaching" by Prof. (Dr.) Pratik Modi and "Applied Experimental Research in Marketing" by Prof. (Dr.) Rohit Trivedi. These workshops emphasized experiential learning, critical thinking, and understanding consumer behaviour through experimental research.
- Keynote Addresses & Workshop (April 25th): Prof. Anand Kumar Jaiswal (IIM Ahmedabad) spoke on "Sustainable Growth Innovation Capabilities and India’s Competitive Advantage," while Mr. Sameer Sinha (Savvy Infrastructure) discussed "Balancing India’s Economic Growth and Sustainable Development." The day also featured a workshop by Dr. Abhijeet Singh (Yorkville University, Canada) on "AI-Powered Business Excellence: Driving Innovation & Sustainability with Cutting – Edge Tools," highlighting AI's role in business, data analysis, and ethical AI practices.
- Panel Discussions (April 26th): Experts collaborated to co-create solutions for aligning India's economic growth with sustainable development. Discussions covered the circular economy, India's energy future, the importance of strategic communication for behavioural change, and ethical considerations in the pharmaceutical industry. The panels reinforced the necessity of financially viable and integrated sustainability strategies.
- Research Paper Presentations (April 26th): Over 150 papers were presented across various domains including Human Resources, Marketing, General Management, and Finance, showcasing robust academic contributions.
- Paper Publications: The Research Papers presented were published in ABDC-C Category journal, Peer-Reviewed Journals & Four International Book of LAP-LAMBERT Academic Publishing.
