SVGU Celebrates 79th Independence Day with Patriotic Zeal
On 15th August 2025, the SVGU campus came alive with vibrant hues of the tricolour as students, faculty, and staff gathered to commemorate the 79th Independence Day of India. The atmosphere was charged with patriotic fervor, reflecting the spirit of unity, pride, and remembrance.
The celebration commenced with the ceremonial flag hoisting by the Hon’ble President of SVGU, Shri Siddharth Patel Sir. As the national flag ascended, the crowd stood in solemn respect, singing the National Anthem in unison—a moment that echoed the collective pride of the SVGU community.
In his keynote address, Shri Patel paid heartfelt tribute to India’s freedom fighters, acknowledging their sacrifices and unwavering courage. He urged students to embrace their role as future leaders and innovators, encouraging them to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s growth and development.
