Administrative & Support Staff Development Programme (29 June – 1 July 2026) was a three-day capacity-building initiative organized by Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University to strengthen the professional competencies of its administrative and support staff. Through interactive workshops, role plays, experiential learning, and practical activities, participants enhanced their skills in communication, teamwork, workplace ethics, customer service, professionalism, grooming, and service excellence. The programme fostered a positive, service-oriented mindset, improved workplace confidence, and reinforced the importance of delivering quality support to all stakeholders. Receiving an overwhelming 96% positive feedback, the programme successfully contributed to enhancing operational efficiency, employee engagement, and the University's commitment to excellence in institutional service.
