They explained the legal protection available to consumers, the most important of which was the Consumer Protection Act 1986. The Act was explained in a simple yet comprehensive manner and they also brought to light the various consumer rights. Each of these rights was elucidated by the students and the importance of these rights in the lives of the consumers was also illustrated. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable session and was educational as well.
