SVGU Successfully Concludes Six-Day State-Level Innovation Week 2026
Ahmedabad: The IIC–IEC, Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) successfully concluded its six-day State-Level Innovation Week 2026 – “From Ideas to Impact,” held from 21st to 26th September 2026.
The programme brought together students, entrepreneurs, industry experts and professionals through expert sessions, mentoring, interactive activities and business idea pitching. Across six days, students explored key stages of entrepreneurship, including opportunity identification, ideation, solution development, business models, branding, funding, venture setup and pitching.
A key highlight of the week was the participation of distinguished speakers and industry experts from diverse fields, who shared practical experiences and guided students in transforming innovative ideas into viable ventures. The programme concluded with student business and innovation pitches, where participants presented their ideas and received valuable feedback from experts.
The programme was organised by IIC–IEC, SVGU, under the guidance of IIC Chairperson Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Dahiya, with the support of the Institution’s Innovation Council, Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), and SSIP.
The successful six-day initiative reinforced SVGU’s commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and experiential learning, encouraging students to turn ideas into impact.
