The Expert Session on "Intellectual Property Rights: Patent & Filing Process" successfully achieved its intended objectives. Experts Adv. Darshi Mankad and Adv. Shikha Makwana provided key legal and practical insights on IP protection. The session equipped MCA and MBA Semester 1 students with actionable guidance on patent filing and commercialization. An interactive Q&A allowed participants to resolve practical challenges regarding startup and software patenting directly.
