Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) organized a visit to CREDAI Ahmedabad for students of the BBA - Real Estate Management programme under its MoU with CREDAI Ahmedabad.
This interactive visit helped students gain practical insights into real estate industry practices, project development, new market trends, industry dynamics, and career opportunities. Students asked questions on various important topics like use of AI in the real estate sector, future of real estate in Ahmedabad and skill set required in this sector. This helped students connect their classroom learning with real-world industry practices and develop a better understanding of the professional landscape of the real estate sector.
The visit was guided by Shri Pranjalbhai S. Patel (Hon. Joint Secretary, CREDAI Ahmedabad). Industry veterans namely Shri Nilambhai B. Doshi (Chairman, Urban Committee, CREDAI India), Shri Nilaybhai D. Patel (Vice President, CREDAI Ahmedabad), and Shri Ankurbhai B. Desai (Hon. Secretary, CREDAI Ahmedabad) shared their valuable insights regarding the real estate sector with the students.
